1、请你简单做一个自我介绍

很多求职者觉得这个问题太无聊了，我的情况不都在简历里面介绍了吗?这是一个很常规的问题，不仅仅新媒体运营岗位，几乎所有面试都会碰到的。小李碰到过很多求职者是三言两语就介绍完了自己，然后等着面试者再来问。

其实这个问题你需要站在面试者角度来考虑：面试者坐在你对面的时候，实际上还没有看过你的简历的，在看你简历的时候，为了避免双方尴尬，让你做自我介绍是最适合不过了。在听你介绍的时候，面试者也在看你的简历，这样就可以很快速的了解你的基本情况。

这时我们去面试前就做好准备：介绍一下你之前工作过的单位，以及所负责的主要工作，并着重介绍你过往经历中的成功案例，以及你的一些个人兴趣等，一般只需要一两分钟就可以了。

2、你为什么要从上一家公司辞职?

面试者问这个问题主要是想了解你这个人是什么样的价值观，性格等，如果录用了你，会不会有风险?

回答这个问题你不能说因为上家管理差，主管领导能力差，团队合作不愉快等等。HR最不想听到的是你对上个企业的诋毁，所以，针对这个问题，你千万不要去说上一家的不好。

你只要说清楚你离开上一家的一些普通原因：

1)家庭原因

比如你的老婆在这地方，所以你从其他地方过来这里求职(潜在意思是告诉面试官，只要录用我，我会很稳定)。

2)公司业务问题

上一家公司项目烂尾了(互联网公司很多项目都是玩着没一两年就死掉了)，或者公司业务转型，不符合你的职业发展方向(清晰的职业规划)等。

3、你的薪资要求是多少?

这道题一般都是放在比较后面，面试得差不多的时候，面试者对你比较满意了，会轻描淡写般问你的，这个时候代表面试者对你的表现是相对比较满意的。

问这个问题，实际上就是和你博弈的过程，一家公司给你的薪酬由三个因素构成：

1)公司的用人预算;

2)你的能力;

3)同级岗位的员工薪酬水平。

所以，你能拿到什么样的薪水，并不只是你的能力有多大有关。500强的企业，能给的薪酬肯定是比小企业的多。

那怎么办呢?难道就说“我相信公司会根据我的能力给我提供一个合理的薪酬的”吗?事实上，这样的折中回答并不高明，至少在我看来，这是你对行情不了解，对这家公司也不了解的表现。

最好就是在求职之前，通过各种渠道了解这家公司给同级岗位的薪酬是多少。然后询问一下HR，这家公司的薪酬结构是怎么样的，有什么工资之外的福利。结合自己的工作年限和能力等实际情况，可以提略高一些的报酬，以便有一个博弈的空间。

4、你的职业生涯规划是怎么样的?

这个问题，很多过来会教你说，第一年熟悉公司产品和行业。第二年沉淀自己，第三年做到主管级别，第五年做到经理……

但认为，这样说空话套话的答案一点都不高明。你能不能做到管理岗位不仅和你的努力有关，更重要的是你的天分，你的机遇。作为面试官，我希望听到的答案是你对于一个行业的坚持和清晰的成长规划。

例如，你可以说，我一直都希望从事互联网运营岗位的工作，从大学时代开始就特别的去翻看一些互联网方面的书籍
