次打破的压制的政治活动。从对外，全国的不许签字对日本让步的和约，并引起美国国会的不批准和约，以至于最终日本不将青岛与胶济路退还于。对内呢，全国学生的联合，青年学子们打破了官厅教职员的尊严，文字上与都放，而文学革命思想革命的潮流，也排山倒海的跟着来了。

今天，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落在我们青年人的肩上，“五四”的火炬，已传到了我们青年人的手中。“五四”的精神，需要我们青年人发扬光大。可是要弘扬“五四”精神，就必须思考一个问题。我们应该拥有一个怎样的青春?怎样的人生?是在浑浑噩噩中度过，还是在拼搏中进步?在学校里，我们经常看到这样的场面，有的同学经常迟到、甚至旷课;有的同学穿拖鞋，有的同学偷偷地躲在学校的某一个角落吸烟，有的同学带起了耳环染起了发;还有的同学一到上课就睡觉……这些不良的行为不仅严重地危害到同学们的身心健康，更为重要的是，这也影响到学校的形象，是一种严重破坏校风校纪的行为。

自从担任公关文秘系分团委书记以来，我注重加强对学生的思想、道德教育，良好学习生活习惯的培养，利用学生业余党校的学习，向学生讲解有关团的基本知识，政策，并注重对学生进行生动的爱国主义教育，帮助学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观。院团委每年开展的“五四”表彰，对优秀团员、优秀团干、优秀团支部的评选，我分团委借此机会，开展创先争优活动，鼓励表彰优秀先进个人及集体，树立好广大团员干部的模范代表，起到良好的带头作用。通过这些活动的开展，切实增强了团员意识，使团员在学院的各个方面发挥主力军作用，从而也增强了团组织的凝聚力和战斗力。并经常与团员学生谈心，了解他们的想法，帮助他们当中思想迷茫或有困难的团员青年，广泛征求他们的意见和建议，激发他们热爱团支部的热情，用我自己的言行和人格魅力，教育他们用自己的实际行动努力为团旗增添光彩!

抓活动开展，充分发挥共青团生力军作用。开展创新活动，发挥学生的潜能，让学生生活在一个充满和谐有凝聚力的集体。在工作中，我能充分发挥学生自我管理的能力，使学生能有自己施展才华的空间，充分展示自己的个性与特长。在院团委总体部署下，结合我分团委特点具体开展的共青团学生活动如下：

1、以加强青年学生思想建设，开展“爱国、感恩、文明建设”等为主题的教育班会，“党建带团建”的团组织生活，培养学生形成良好的思想道德水平，加强自我管理能力，培养良好的学习生活习惯;

2、以加强青年学生综合素质建设，开展文艺、体育类活动，迎新生、迎新年元旦文艺晚会，校园歌手大赛，学院春季运动会，“武信杯”篮球联赛、辩论赛等，展现当代青年大学生的才华，提高青年学生的综合素质;

作为新时代的青年学生，在青春的季节里，人生的关键时刻，我们该如何实现自己的人生蜕变?我想讲这样一个故事：

在小区楼道里摆了一些一品红，在上个月我家的丁香花含苞待放的时候，我把尚未开放的一串丁香花蕾放在了一品红的红叶子上，像是它要开白花似的。

第二天早晨，却意外发现，昨天放在一品红上的那串花蕾虽然伤筋动骨不知愁滋味，也悄然喷香吐蕊，潇洒自如地盛开了。看那架势，比丁香树枝头怒放的花朵毫不逊色，大气得甚至还带点霸气。

惊诧于这个小东西的顽强生命力，我开始思考其中的道理，这个道理其实很简单，花蕾虽然离开母体，中断了能量供给，但它依靠自身所积蓄的养料和水分，也足够开放一次了，这就是生命的奇迹。

原来生命的奇迹就在于积蓄能量。只要平时注意汲取生活的营养，不断提高自身素质，你的生命就会增强韧性和强度。因此，当你陷入某种困境时，不管如何困难，在你生命的某一个角落，一定还有未被唤醒和开发的潜在力量，只要不自暴自弃，尽情释放自己的潜能，即使身陷逆境乃至绝境，你的生命之花照样可以绚烂开放。同学们，请珍惜在校学习的机会，这是你积蓄能量的最佳方式。

有人说，19世纪是英国人的世纪，20世纪是美国人的世纪，而21世纪则是我们中国人的世纪，"远去足音凝重，在创辉煌更撼心，二十一世纪靠的是我们这些浪遏飞舟的青年，比如通过自己努力奋斗而一举成名的邓建军，开发微软程序成为中国首富的陈天乔，由于自身原因但不气累并奋发图强的张海迪，这些都是值得我们学习的。中国经过几时年的艰苦建设，已取得了"乘长风，破万里浪"的迅猛发展，但我们不能忘记，我们仍是发展中国家，还有许多地方有待完善和发展，要想国家富强就必须继续努力：而希望，就寄予我们这一代人的身上，我们应该努力学习，树立远大的抱负和理想，将来有所作为，报效祖国。
