（1）新大一，像许多同学一样，我憧憬过、想象过大学，心中的象牙塔十分纯洁，十分神秘。现实中的大学和我想象的大学基本吻合。真的，我很满意，虽然有许多尽人皆知的“烂”地方，但我还是认为我们的大学很好。就像一张白纸上有一个黑点，如果你认为这个黑点就不好，它就会在脑中无限扩大。周围的白点也被忽略了。反之它就是一张白纸，一张纯洁的白纸。新大一，一张白纸希望用我的人生之笔绘出璀璨的蓝图。

（2）新生活、大学生活那个轻松啊！松的让人无所适从。以前的“衣带渐宽始终不悔，为伊消人憔悴”的诺言完全像烟圈、像泡泡，无情的消失了，破灭了。现在就像一只没头的苍蝇，有时自己认为连苍蝇都不如。但我坚信这样的生活一定是短暂的。这里的饭食我已经习惯了。在校食堂中我发现一条定律，饭菜递减定律。刚来时饭菜满满的，后来越来越少，现在只有往外跑啊。

（3）新起点：我认为就是人生的新起点。做人做事的起点到大学，就是做大人的学问。学会做大人，提高自己的综合素质修养。在做人方面，我毫不客气地说我还嫩，太差了。我知道、我理解，我定会在这荆棘丛生的人生道路上开辟一径花香弥漫的长途。首先我会去勇敢面对一切，不怕羞、不气馁、不怯懦，再次我要开口大声说出心中的话和每个人，每个集体。面带微笑，一颗真心。最后我要改掉自己的不好的习惯，只要心中有爱，便人见人爱。

（4）新感受：说到新感受我真的说不出多少。以上也说了不少了，就写些关于家的感受吧。我现在最想说的一句话是：爸爸妈妈我想回家看看，但是这句话我不会轻易说出口的。只是默默藏在心中。听说家中母鸡抱了一窝小鸡，我想看看它们。听说家乡刮台风家中的鸭子受到影响了吗？水稻成熟了收割了吗，晒好了吗？爸爸妈妈好吗？奶奶身体健朗吗，姐姐还顺利吗？借一轮明月，将我的思念捎回家乡，你们听到了吗？

（5）爱在左、情在右，走在生命的道路上，随时播种，随时开花。有笑有泪，在这条路上不会孤独。

各位领导、各位同事：大家好！我演讲的题目是：站在新起点，我该怎么办？中海油运站在新的起点，新在哪里？我认为有以下几个方面：

一、我国已取代日本，成为世界第二大石油消费国和进口国。国家又提出了石油战略储备计划，XX年原油进口量要超过1亿吨。

二、在公司领导和职工们的不懈努力下，去年赢利了7.58亿，今年目标定到9亿，比成立时足足增加了3倍，成绩令人瞩目！

三、中海集团领导审时度势，李克麟总裁于今年7月提出建设世界级油轮船队的宏伟目标，预计到XX年中海油运的船舶总载重吨位将达450万吨，到XX年，更将达到850万吨，进入世界前6位。公司即将建造的2条vlcc，和将要购进的二条vlcc，为我们展现了光辉的发展远景和蓝图，我们信心倍增。我们相信：中海油运必将在市场中发展壮大，中海油轮的五星红旗必将在五洲四洋高高飘扬。中海油运将要实现跨跃式的发展，作为一名青年员工，我该怎么办？我认为，首先应从身边做起，把本职工作做好，把领导交给的任务完成好。记得李绍德书记为我们推荐过一本书，名叫〈把信送给加西亚〉。讲的是美西战争时，美国总统要联合古巴游击队的首领加西亚。他叫来一名军官，请他给加西亚捎一封信。军官什么都没问，带着信，通过层层封锁线，历尽千辛万苦，终于出色地完成了任务，为美国战胜西班牙赢得契机。从书中，让我明白了忠于职守，用于创新，勤于思索的道理。我们虽然不是军人，但商场如战场，企业的生死存亡与我们息息相关。世界级油轮船队的宏伟目标，就在我们一点一滴的日常工作中萌动，成长！其次，在竞争中努力学习，从实践中更新知识，不断提高自身业务水平，并形成一个富有战斗力的知识型团队。

作为法律科的一员，掌握中国海商法，处理国内官司似乎已够了，但要让中海油运走向世界，我还需要学习很多东西。特别是有关国际航运、国际租约方面等知识，我还要学很多很多......在辽阔的非洲大草原上，狮子每天起来的第一件事，就是想如何追上跑得最快的羚羊，而羚羊想的就是比跑得最快的狮子还快。我每天都在问自己，怎么办才能追得上中海油运前进的步伐；怎么办才能做世界级油轮船队的优秀雇员！
