当面试官问这个问题,他是想知道现在的这份工作中占大部分的是否你所喜欢的。他也是想明确你最喜欢做的是否是现在的工作职责。如果你喜欢的对于这份工作不重要,老板会觉得你在这个职位不会做的开心的。比如说,如果你真的不喜欢执行细节,但这份工作需要一个细节导向的,那你不可能得到这份工作。
when an interviewer asks this question, s/he is trying to find out whether the things that you enjoy are an important part of this job. s/he also wants to determine whether the things you most enjoy doing are part of the responsibilities of the job you’re being considered for. if what you most enjoy doing is not important in this job, employers may decide that you won’t be happy in that position for long. for example, if you say that you really dislike executing details and the job requires someone who is detail oriented you may not get the job.

5. don’t – lie. if you really hate doing a particular task and this is a big part of the job, you should tell the interviewer. in other words, it’s probably not a job you’d enjoy.
