I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 20xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 20xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

我叫,来自，首先非常感谢xx公司能给我一次面试机会。截至现在的成长经历中，可以说由三个基本要素组成，分别为家庭，学校，小范围的社会生活。

对第一大要素家庭来说，我从小成长与一个家庭，父母亲之间的默契和相爱给我营造了一个很好的成长环境，为我性格的塑造和身心的发展起到了很大程度上的定型!是他们将我塑造成一位有爱心，有同理心和善解人意的人。

对第二大要素学校来说，为了理想。考大学时决定报考了远离家乡的学校，决定走出从小的的成长环境，到外面去闯一闯，见见世面，带着这样的梦想，我报考了xx学校专业，随着眼界的拓宽，让我在大一结束时才明白，大学不仅仅是一个灌输专业知识的地方，同时，一位将来优秀的工程师也不是仅仅懂得本专业就可以的，大学更是一个让人明志的地方，于是在这样的醒悟下，我调整了自己的时间安排，将专业学习和修身养性以及扩展知识和拓宽思维兼并进行，于是乎不仅旁听了好多专业课，同时也阅读了古今中外大量名著。

随着时间的推移，快到大学毕业，可发现机械专业的精髓竟是这样的庞大，于是乎决定报考研究生，这样就来到了xx大学xx学院攻读我的硕士学位。

在这里，我有幸遇见了博学而可亲的恩师x教授，在他的指导下，我开始钻入了学这一领域，由于恩师的社会声誉和学识以及x大学xx学院在地位，所以我们总能接到一些企业合作项目，由于实验室人手有限，所以每个项目都是在导师的指导下由个人独立负责完成，于是在这样的背景下，锻炼了我独立解决和发现问题的能力，同时让我在将理论和实践结合的这一过程中更透彻的理解了专业理论，也更清晰的理出一思路，即：如何应用理论去解决实践问题，同时，如何通过实践来发现理论的不足并进行完善，在这样的思维指导下我写出了自己的的第一篇小论文，结果就被国家核心期刊收录。

对于第三要素，我的认识是：与其学习好多跟这个社会相处的技巧，不如顺其自然，按照我们民族的优秀文化去做人处事，即：诚信，中庸。我的简介作完,谢谢领导和大家的倾听!谢谢你们!
