我是，今年XX岁，就读于，所学的专业是。我非常热爱我所学的专业，因为学专业的同学毕业以后好找工作，可以在事业中有好的发展，能够挣很多钱养活自己。据我所知，在金融专业中接触最多的就是证券投资和金融理财。我想通过学习这些方面的知识，以及不断地去实践，才能取得进步。

这是我想升本继续深造的原因。在专科学校学到了一些基本知识，不过我还是觉得我所学的知识太少了。后来我就凭借自己的本事升上了本科。用人单位招聘员工时，一般情况下最看重的一个是学历，一个是对知识的掌握程度和实践经历。虽然公司有时也招专科生，但我认为专科生的学历水平较低，在很多人的眼里是瞧不起专科生找工作的。而且专科生的知识面太窄，不可能让用人单位一下子看上专科生。所以我决定还是以学习为主，多积累知识，而不是专科毕业以后就盲目地找工作。

简单地说，虽然我这个人性格较内向，有时也很腼腆。但我也有好的一面。比如我做事非常认真，助人为乐，总是喜欢研究各种问题，对知识有强烈的求知欲。每当我遇到困难时，都会向老师或同学求助，把问题解决掉。我觉得不可能把所有事情都做得特别完美，我也不是清华、北大和人大的那种高等级思维水平的学生，完全比不过他们。但我绝不会放弃，要始终坚持走下去，严于律己，把知识都学懂了，这才是关键。

只有这样，才能取得进步。另外，用人单位在招聘员工时，还是要看员工的基本水平，如回答问题时是否结结巴巴的、是否有好的逻辑思维等。我决定从现在起就要提高和人的交流水平，锻炼自己，毕竟总有一天我是要参加工作的。我希望通过这些方法，争取能找到一份满意的工作。
