以前的公司也有类似的培训,但这次的培训与以往有很大的不同，却让我受益匪浅。在培训过程中我时常会发现有很多新员由于比较年轻，工作经验缺乏，所以他们的职业化意识比较淡薄。而这些对于我们这个行业(培训行业)是非常重要的。鉴于此我通常从以下几个方面进行强化训练：

1、团队意识：认知团队，团队角色、团队配合等;

2、有效沟通：沟通原则、内部沟通技巧、健康的人际关系等;

3、目标计划：理解目标、制定计划、效率意识、时间管理

4、商务礼仪：着装、出行、拜访、面谈等

公司以后的发展方向是要进行整合营销。而进行整合营销是需要公司有相当大的实力，所以公司的每一位员工都应该迅速的跟上公司发展的脚步，不断的提高自身的专业素质。因此，公司在扩大的同时，就需要正规有效的管理方式，就谈到了“职业化”。职来化就是一种工作状态的标准化、规范化、制度化，即在合适的时间、合适的地点，用合适的方式，说合适的话，做合适的事。使员工在知识、技能、观念、思维、态度、心理上符合职业规范和标准。事实证明，个人也罢，公司也罢，要想成功而不去策划，仅凭一腔的自信与满怀的热情是远远不够的。

20xx年12月，带着几分激动，带着几丝憧憬，我有幸参加了福建省小语5期农村骨干教师教育教学能力提升工程省级培训学习。通过第一阶段10天的培训，我受益匪浅，感悟颇深。回顾这段日子以来，感到苦中有乐，苦中有进，苦中有得。而在职研修阶段，我将所学的理论与实践结合，上公开课，主持开展集体备课活动等等，很好地将学校的教研活动带动了起来，受到了师生的好评。

一、教育观念得到进一步更新。
