如果觉得团队优秀而公司坑人，那么请和你的团队站在一起帮他们争取利益，就算哪天公司真不行了，能带一个团队出来即使不自主创业也不缺人要。

最怕的是屁股坐在中间，既搞不定领导也搞不定团队，做个六七八年也没有专长，只能在高不成低不就的职位间横向跳槽、原地踏步。
