“尺有所短，寸有所长”，过去自己的专业虽然是机械行业，也是跟钢、铁、图纸打交道，来到锦州港以后，我知道自己的不足和该努力的方向，现在从事流动机械的管理工作。现在的我很喜欢自己的这份工作，但我深知自己的经验和阅历都很不足，实践还很有缺陷，但是有不懂的我就问，多查阅资料，在办公室各位同事和领导的帮助下，感觉自己这段日子学了很多，每天都很充实。现将这段日子的工作做一个自我评定。
