I am 26 years old，born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.I spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 20xx， I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use I'm capable of more responsibilities， so I decided to change my job.

And in August 20xx，I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment， I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company， so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

世界就会变成美好的明天”尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德，只要人人都献出一点爱。作为当代大学生，应将弘扬中华民族尊老、敬老的传统美德、努力营造社会和谐的良好氛围、让大学生们以实际行动为老人家送温暖、献爱心、为创建全国文明城市贡献青春力量作为己任。

和同学去了镇敬老院。早上，假期间。提着慰问品，一路说笑着向镇敬老院走去。敬老院，走进大门一位热心的阿姨接待了还一边给我讲解敬老院的概况。

有了一支较强经验的管理机构和有一支较有经验的护理人员队伍，镇敬老院创办至今将有二十年。镇政府投资200万元基础设施。敬老院将住房规范、服务特色化、厨房标准化、环境花园化作为标准。房间有二人、三人、四人，全天24小时护理，间间有卫生设施，食堂饮食生熟分开，专烧特具病号饭。

多数患有神经官能症或老年痴呆症等疾病，阿姨向我讲解到敬老院里其中50%以上的老人生活不能自理。给护理工作带来极大的困难。

和同学前往一个房间慰问代养老人。起初在老人面前我还有些拘谨，阿姨的带领下。但老人们热情欢迎感染了平时娇生惯养的走出校园来到社会，走进老人。把老人当作朋友一样聊天，帮他整理衣物，擦拭家具，听老人讲自己的过去，让这些在孤独中生活着的老人又一次露出了开心的笑容。

跟着负责分饭的管理员一起帮助老人们进行就餐。有的老人就餐很不方便，老人的就餐时间。一定需要喂才行。这时我早已没有先前的拘谨，争着给老人喂饭，完全没有了平时的娇气。虽然动作显得笨拙，可一见到老人的笑脸，大家就笑得很开心，感觉像一家人似地其乐融融。

在学校组织的为期20天的社会实践活动中，我和其他同学一起在__机械厂与工人师傅相处了这段不算长的时间。在这20天中，我从工人师傅身上学到了不少东西。现根据学校要求，把我在社会实践活动中的优点、缺点鉴定如下：

能以积极的态度投身在实践活动中，并将自己在学校学到的知识在数控机床上灵活运用。能虚心向工人师傅学习，服从安排。准时上下班，从无迟到、缺席、早退现象。

劳动中不怕脏、不怕苦，积极肯干。同时，还存在着一些不足：不能主动积极地向工人师傅请教有关机床的知识;在劳动休息时，不能像师傅一样主动清除车间的废料和垃圾。

以后，我要更加注意将所学到的科学理论用于生产实际之中，进一步学习工人师傅大公无私的精神，使自己成为“四化”建设的有用之材。

没想到这次活动得到了广大社区居民的热烈响应，活动开始不到10分钟，就已经有一些大爷、大妈拿来早已准备好了自家搜集来的废旧电池，前来更换环保袋子(这还是因为孩子们前一周的广泛宣传的结果呢!他们早就印好了传单，在社区发放，其中还有我儿的哥们们的热心家长们的功劳)。这个利用更换环保袋回收废旧电池的主意是他爹想出来的，这个主意真得不错，人们看到花花绿绿的环保袋，即使忘记带来了，也都会尽量跑回家一趟，并尽可能多搜集一些前来更换。

这次活动十分成功，之所以这样说主要是已经到达了以下目的：

一、在社区广泛宣传了电池对环境的危害，使人们认识到电池不能随意丢弃，必须要有序回收。

二、经过此次活动，不仅仅大人们对电池有了认识，参与活动的孩子们也都明白了其中的意义。使孩子们从小就明白回收电池对我们环境保护的重要性。孩子们不仅仅将收来的废电池整理整齐，还将大家带来的塑料袋还有塑料瓶等垃圾也一并收拾利索了。

三、孩子们在此活动中收获更多。他们了解了举办一个活动的全过程，组织活动的技巧，对公众表达意愿的方法，例如，有的孩子刚一开始还不敢对路上的行人开口讲话，比较胆怯，可是渐渐的，随着活动进展，孩子们越来越明白如何表达，如何宣传，如何来实施这项活动了。同时还体验到了工作的辛苦。有些孩子在活动中遇到了一些困难，比如当初规定好了2-5个废旧电池可换1个环保袋，6个以上能够换两个(当时为何这样规定呢首先研究到这是一项公益活动，万一有的人仅有2或3节电池，那也要回收啊!我们也期望他们都能拿来。而6个以上的人如果较真，非要按照2个2个的计算的话，也能够给他3个。原先就想，大家不会为一个两个环保袋为难孩子们吧，可是就会有这样认真的，孩子们有的就疑惑了，到底该怎样办他们都在动脑筋想办法，来解决棘手的问题。有的阿姨甚至没有电池，直接就找孩子们要环保袋去买菜用，有一个奶奶更有意思，活动快结束时只剩下两个环保袋了，她那一塑料袋电池拿来了，就跟孩子们急了，嫌弃两个环保袋少了，不依不饶，其中一个孩子很棒，直接跑回家把我们留给她的那个环保袋贡献出来给了这位奶奶，总算平息了她的怒火。

孩子们不仅仅增强了自信心，同时还学会一些解决问题的方法了。呵呵!社区的居民们都纷纷称赞这次活动真的办得很好，他们都明白电池对环境的危害，但就是不明白哪里回收，很多人都在期待着下次活动的来临。

经过此次活动，孩子们还一齐发现了活动的缺陷，及时纠正并调整了策略，相信在未来的活动中他们必须会更加出色。

在此我想代表儿子向西城区三里河的社区居民们表示感激!正是他们的踊跃参与才使这次活动有效地完成(本来还打算两周的时间才能发放完毕呢!结果很多居民早就积攒了很多的废旧电池没有随意丢弃，并拿来回收还不图给的环保袋有多少)另外，还要感激儿子的哥们们：他的小表哥，吴肥，马肥，小邳，梁子，邓航、邓卓姐弟俩，任紫燕、任杭嘉姐妹俩，以及他们的父母还有邳姥姥。有了他们的进取作为，为此次活动赋予了特殊的意义。当然，更应当感激美国青年志愿者的基金，给我们这次机会来做这样一些有意义的事情。十分感激!
