20xx年以来，我们按照县委、县政府“绿精心组织，加强领导，进取开展园林城市创立的各项工作，县城园林绿化管理得到进一步加强，城区绿化景观效果和档次进一步提升，初步构成了以广场绿化、公园绿化为中心，道路绿化为骨架，环城防风林带为屏障，庭院绿化为依托的生态绿化环境格局，提升了绿化水平，城区生态环境得到很大的改善，创园工作取得显著成效。现将20xx年工作评价和20xx年工作思路汇报如下。

一、主要工作及进展情景

（一）南屏山森林公园核心区改造工程。本年度建设工作有山体绿化、公园绿地景观建设。公园面积87.3公顷，年度计划建设面积2.5万平方米，计划完成投资xx00万元。

（二）襄河景观带工程。项目总长9.8公里，包括：

1、穿城段外环堤顶道路（起点王坝，终点S206襄河大桥），城市对外交通公路绿化建设。

2、292公里，完成投资xx00万元。

3、沿河景观带，回廊、绿地建设，绿化建设面积3万平方米。

4、外堤堤顶及迎水面草坪绿地建设工程，绿化面积23万平方米。

（三）开发区绿化工程。十谭现代工业园各条道路的行道树及侧分带绿化，主要有新城大道、规划中路、规划南路、文化大道（海螺大道至新城大道）及创业大道（海螺大道至新城大道）。开发区纬三路（经三路向东延伸段）、纬四路（经三路向东延伸段）及经五路（纬二路向北延伸段）的行道树、侧分带绿化，绿化面积约25.4万平方米。

（四）新建道路绿化工程。完成城南大道两侧景观长廊及人行步道绿化工程，约24万平方米；完成站东路、站南路、内环南路西段、釜城路、传塘路的行道树、侧分带绿化工程。以及南二、南三、林南路，南一、秦岗、万利路的行道树绿化工程；完成全椒—神山寺—牧龙山的城市对外交通公路的约18.7公里绿化建设工程。

（五）建设具有必须规模的苗圃园，栽培树苗、花卉、盆景等。建设面积8888888万平方米，完成投资xx万元。

（六）完成小区补绿、街头增绿工作。对新建商业住宅小区，督促开发商严格按照规划设计组织绿化；对安置小区开展植绿、补绿。县创园办对街头重要节点、城市空闲地块、脏乱差地块进行摸排，共确定49个约5.5万平方米，统一规划、统一设计，县四个领导班子和县委常委所在单位带头认领，县直45家单位各包一块。

（七）认真贯彻落实县绿化委员会《全椒县县直机关认建认养绿地实施办法》，县直47个单位认建认养活动绿化面积约10多万平方米。

二、工作举措

（一）调整一个思路。我们紧紧围绕建设经济社会强县这一战略目标，以“五城联创”为抓手，瞄准生态建设，生态礼貌两大主题，以绿化为重点，以重点工程为带动，广泛开展全民植树活动，让能绿的地方绿起来，努力打造人与自然和谐发展的全椒。

（二）实施四大制度。即：（1）建立“绿色图章”制度。凡在我县城市规划区内所有新建、改建、扩建的建设项目、建设单位要按照基本建设程序，在申请建设工程规划许可证之前，先到县城市园林绿化主管部门审验其附属绿化工程规划方案。（2）实施绿化施工市场的准入制。（3）建立绿化施工监理制度。（4）建立绿化项目竣工验收制度。

（三）全面推进园林绿化养护市场化运作。引入竞争，使经营机制更显灵活；建立机动、灵活、长效的管理机制；提高养护资金的使用效率。

（四）规范运作，做好制度建设。为使我县园林绿化建设逐步规范化、程序化，为县政府代拟了《全椒县市政工程、园林绿化景观工程移交暂行规定》，并参与主城区35平方公里城市绿地系统规划。

根据上级有关部门关于开展20__安全生产月活动的要求，结合我厂的实际状况，紧紧围绕“安全发展，预防为主”主题，在全厂范围内开展此次活动，为了使此次安全生产月活动不流于形式，公司做了如下工作：

一、领导重视，组织措施到位

为加强本次安全月活动的组织领导，确保安全月活动的有效落实，由厂长亲自负责本次安全月的活动的组织实施，各部门用心配合。6月初制定安全月活动实施方案、活动时间安排表，明确各部门在本次活动中的具体职责，使活动“有计划、有布置、有检查、有落实”。并召开安全月动员大会。

二、开展形式多样的宣传活动

安全月活动期间，由办公室负责出版一期资料丰富的安全月宣传栏;由安环部负责悬挂安全月横幅一条、张贴安全宣传画10张、制作新的安全周知卡30块。激发了员工自觉参与安全月活动的热情，使安全生产真正进入员工心中。

三、用心开展安全教育培训工作

由安环部负责组织员工观看“安全生产知识光碟”;由厂长负责组织员工学习公司的事故应急预案、事故案例分析。并在全厂搞一次征集“习惯性违章”、“安全生产合理化”推荐活动。

四、开展形式多样的安全检查

(1)由职业健康安全领导小组在月初对全厂的安全、卫生进行一次大检查。

(2)组织生产部班组长对生产部的安全、卫生进行一次大检查。从中让班组长发现自我班组的不足之处，并加以改正。

五、开展应急预案演习

在演习前由安环部对演习进行策划，由厂长负责组织各部门负责人讨论策划资料，并加以修改。透过演习来检验公司应急预案的适宜性、员工对预案程序的了解性以及在火灾发生时正确处理的应急潜力水平。在演习后及时总结、评价，为明年针对性的演习打好基础工作。

六、开展安全知识竞赛、消防技术比武

在安全月活动期间，采取笔答的形式组织员工进行安全知识竞赛;开展灭火器灭火演习和二人一带一枪出水打靶比赛，并设一、二、三等奖及参与奖，做到每位员工都参加。

透过这次安全月活动，全公司上下一心，用心落实各项工作和要求，不断深化公司安全生产基础管理，进一步健全公司安全生产管理制度和安全操作规程，目前公司安全生产形势稳定，无任何安全生产事故发生。
