关于我今年上半的置业顾问工作评价有如下几点：

一、学习方面

在没有加入公司之前我没有接触过房地产，对房地产方面的知识不是很懂，甚至能够说是一无所知。来到公司的时候对于新环境，新事物都比较陌生，在公司领导和同事的帮忙下，我很快了解到公司的性质及房地产市场，经过努力的学习明白了置业顾问的真正内涵以及职责，并且深深的喜欢上了这份工作，同时也意识到自我的选择是正确的。

二、专业知识

刚到公司的时候我们首先进行了专业知识的培训，由于是初次接触这类知识，对知识的理解有点慢，可是在领导的解释和开导下，我逐渐进入了主角，明白了这些对于我来说是何等的重要，对以后的工作会有很大的帮忙。同时我们还到兴宁北、凤岭北和东盟商务区进行了踩盘，对所学知识进行实践和运用。当时确实能感觉到苦过累过，可此刻回过头来想一下，想提高要克服最大困难就是自我，虽然当时很累很苦，但都照样坚持下来了。

三、其他方面

今年10月份的时候我们开始到外展点，学习接待客户，学习销售，外展点的工作流程等等，这对于我们都十分的陌生，经过领导的带领，让我们从生疏到熟悉，进一步了解各种工作流程等工作资料。在平时的工作中，同事们也给了我很多的提议和帮忙，及时的化解了一个个问题，这份看似简单的工作，其实更需要细心与耐心。

四、感想

在以后的日子中，我会加强自我的专业知识和专业技能，以房地产销售为主要努力方向，此外还要广泛的了解整个房地产市场的动态，走在市场的前沿。俗话说：“客户是上帝”，接待好来访的客户是我义不容辞的义务，在客户心理树立良好的公司形象，那里的工作环境令我十分满意，领导的关爱以及工作条件的不断改善给了我工作的动力。同事之间的友情关怀以及协作互助给了我工作的舒畅感和踏实感。所以我也会全力以赴的做好本职工作，让自我有更多收获的同时也使自我变的更加强壮。总之，在这一年的工作时间里，我虽然取得了一点成绩与提高，但离领导的要求尚有必须的差距。今后我将进一步加强学习、踏实工作，充分发挥个人所长，扬长补短，做一名合格的销售人员，能够在日益激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地，为公司再创佳绩做出应有的贡献!
