对于受限制国家，外国人来访一般需要出具官方邀请函。

所谓官方邀请函，首先需要邀请单位，在当地(区)外事办公室申领《申请外国人入境审批表》(见附件)，并如实填写。

一. 审批表的内容及填写：

1. 受邀单位及地址。

填写注意：中英文对照，外国单位名称与地址，需自己翻译，主要是供外办审核参考。

2. 被邀请人信息

填写：按照护照信息填写

3. 入境信息

填写：拟入境日期(请注意：外办办理一般需要3个工作日后，请在出具机票行程单时，注意入境日期需在预计申领到签证通知表后)，停留时间(需与机票行程单往返日期一致)，入出境次数(一般为1)，入境后前往地点(你公司所在城市)，签证机关(客户所在国中国大使馆，如：中国驻孟加拉大使馆)

4. 在华事由及费用负担

填写：一般写商务考察，或验收等，费用写明由谁承担(示例：来邀请单位验收向其采购的设备，期间差旅费用及其他相关费用由受邀人自己承担)

4. 邀请单位名称地址，经办人及联系电话等。

5. 邀请单位法人(负责人)签字盖章

6. 所在地外办或主管部门意见，需要到当地(一般是行政区，或附属市)外办签字盖章，届时需携带所有通知表需要的材料，下面一一说明。

7. 审批机关意见。一般需要到地级市外办申请最终的签证通知表(邀请函)。

二.一般随审批表交付外办审核签发邀请函所需要的材料：

1. 一式三份如实填写的《申请外国人入境审批表》

2. 请示(格式见附件)

3. 担保函(格式见附件)

4. 双方营业执照复印件(邀请单位及受邀单位)

5. 业务往来证明(双方之间合同，发票，提单等。注意：双方未有业务往来的情况下，外办一般不签发邀请函，此时需准备材料说明，比如报价书，客户公司的情况简介等，以说服外办。)

6. 受邀单位的银行信用担保(或资信证明)，(格式见附件)

7. 来访人员的护照复印件(有以往中国入出境记录的，请提供复印件)

8. 机票订单(由航空公司和旅行社出具的正本最好，如果不行，在线预订网站，订单打印出来也可)

9. 在华期间住宿订单，一般邀请单位可以自行提供，只要入住日期与你来访日期一致即可。

各国家受限制程度不同，因此需要提供的材料多少也不同，以上是所有可能需要的材料清单，一般提供之后签发邀请函都没问题。具体要求最好与当地外办核实。

注意：一般中国驻外大使馆都需要《被授权单位签证申请表》原件，所以在从外办拿到原件之后，请通过快递寄给客户。注意，收发快递也需要一定时间，请在填写申请表和预订机票时，把这个时间也考虑进去。
