学术背景和知识储备

作为一名设计学硕士研究生，对于设计研究还仅仅是处于萌芽阶段。一年半年硕士阶段的学习，我勤奋努力，除阅读专业范围内的大量论著外，还积极参与导师的课题，掌握了较为完备的一系列设计方法。这些，为我日后的研究之路打下了较为坚实的基础。读研期间，我以较好的成绩完成了硕士阶段的全部课程。我善于把理论学习与学术实践相结合，较好的完成了导师布置的项目。

研究工作

读研期间曾经协助导师申请了国际科技支撑计划申报工作，这一课题现在已经审批成功并在着手研究中。多次作为导师的横向课题负责人参与了多项课题研究如：、等，良好的完成了导师布置的任务。

你们好!本人，正是源于对生物医学工程专业及干细胞研究领域的兴趣，以及对行业的前景非常认可，选择该专业攻读博士，并继续探索有关干细胞的未知领域也是我对科学的崇尚，希望能够在这一领域有所成就。贵校是一所综合性多科大学，学术和科研非常出色，有着浓厚的历史和文化底蕴。医学院不管是硬件还是软件都具有很强的实力。高质量教学和学术积淀的感染，使我更坚定了攻读博士学位的信心。

本人性格开朗、责任心强，待人友善，善于学习，敢于创新、工作思路清晰，执行能力强。在硕士期间，我已经修读课程包括分子生物学、免疫学实验技术、细胞遗传学实验技术、高级生物化学实验技术、医学基础实验技术、实验动物学、SPSS统计软件等专业技术课程、同时也系统学习了综合英语、自然辩证法与科学社会主义等通识课，具有扎实的医学理论基础;通过研究生阶段的系统学习和培训，目前熟练掌握分子生物学及免疫学实验技术。研究生阶段主攻方向为：新型气体分子硫化氢对氧化损伤心肌细胞的保护作用及机制。通过该课题实施不仅系统了解掌握了心肌细胞的培养、分离、纯化等细胞培养技术及常规指标检测方法，而且提高了独立分析解决问题的能力，最终以优异成绩获得论文答辩。近年来主要从事职业卫生与健康方面的研究，发表学术论文3篇，承担湖北省教育厅科研项目1项，获十堰市软科学项目二等奖1项。

以上这些工作为我以后在读博期间的学习打下了坚实的基础。在博士期间计划学习有关干细胞与肿瘤治疗方面等相关理论知识及研究进展，进一步分析研究其机理。我的总体学习目标是通过专业研修增强自己对肿瘤发生发展的认识、对其未来治疗方向有更清晰的了解。博士入学后三周内，在导师指导下作好个人课程学习计划。第一年以课程修读为主，开展一定的实验室研究，积极参加各种学术、文体活动，在课程修读结束时结合所掌握的经验和学习的知识择选出自己具体主攻的方向，按照学校要求开展博士期间的学习与研究。在论文工作期间每学期至少在二级学科范围内作一次学术报告;博士生在学期间听取30次以上学术报告，在读期间至少要在著名期刊上发表 2篇以上学术论文， 并顺利完成博士毕业论文。
