Everybody has his dream job. I also have my dream job. My dream is to work for foreign tourists as a tour guide.

Why do I want to be a tour guide? First of all, I'm an outgoing girl, and I like doing some exciting things. Maybe being a tour guide is the best choice. If I become a tour guide, I can travel all around China, and know more about our country. Then I will tell the foreign tourists about our colorful history. Second, I like making friends. If I work as a tour guide, I can make a lot of friends all over the world. This may be great.

Perhaps someday my foreign friends will ask me to visit their countries. I really like to go to their countries to know something about their culture. What’s more, I like singing.

Singing English songs is my favorite. I believe I will be popular with foreign tourists. Their trip will be excellent.

Now, I am still a middle school student. My job now is to work hard in school. Then I’ll go to university to learn something about being a tour guide. I’m sure I can.

However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

every one has his own i was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own now ,when i am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

尊敬的老师、同学们：

大家好!

梦想是什么?梦想是人们对未来的追求的动力;梦想有时又等于理想，可有时又不等于理想;梦想其实就是一种不符合实际，在梦境中所能实现的理想，一种高度。每个人都有自己的理想，并为之去奋斗。我的梦想很平凡：一名警察。当然我也知道我自己的实力，所以我开始每天加强体育锻炼，好好学习，争取长大考上警校。记得，刚开始有这个念头时，我还不那么认真，可日子久了梦想给我的魔力便一下子突显出来了。

就在暑假时，我为了实现这个梦想，让它变成现实，我每天都坚持在楼下跑步，由爸爸监督。有一次，因天气十分炎热，我跑了一圈便跑不动了，可爸爸却不同意。我当时就想：不就是一个梦想吗，大不了再换，我自己的事，还用你管!当时我憋了一肚子火，终于爆发了出来，头脑一热，朝爸爸喊道：“你凭什么管我，我自己的事不用你管!”当这句话说出口时，才意识到闯祸了。

我本以为爸爸会骂我，可他并没有这样做，而是心平气和地对我说：“孩子，我知道你累了，可你不应该面对困难就退缩，更何况这还只是一些小问题，你要坚持下去，为梦想而奋斗!”听了这句话我就像喝了兴奋剂一样，在烈日下顶着炎热和劳累，跑了10圈。可能对于跑步好的同学，跑10圈不算什么，可它对我来说意义重大，因为它象征着我向梦想迈出的第一步，它也是我成功的奠基石。

同样在学习上我也绝不放松，在课上，认真听老师讲课：在课间，准备好下一节课的学习用具：回家，认真完成作业。从中，我也体会到了如同巴尔扎特一样的感受“学习有如母亲一般慈爱，它用纯洁和温柔的欢乐来哺育孩子，如果向它要求额外的报酬，也许就是罪过。”这些在我看来，可真算得上是体育、学习“齐头并进”。

日子一天一天的过去，我也一天天在长大，同时也离我的梦想越来越近了，在这段艰难的道路上，我要斩断所有荆棘，去努力、追逐我的梦想。
