Today, our class held the monitor election. `And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily.

I tried my best to calm down for a long time. Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech. I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech. Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform. Thanks for preparing in advance; otherwise, I must be embarrassed. But the result was what I want. It’s a happy thing.

今天，我的目的就是竞选班长。我坚信，凭着我与大家同舟共济的深厚友情，和对之前班级工作的经验，能成为一个不同风格的班长。

摆“官架子”不是我的风格。而我的想法是“做一个彻底的平民班长”，我更加喜欢的是一种和谐融洽的局面，我希望的是在管理的时候大家能认真听取，积极实行，不愿意大动干戈，在平时，也不要把我当成班长来增加距离感。班长应该是架在老师与同学之间的一座桥梁，能向老师提出同学们的合理建议，向同学们传达老师的要求。在任何时候，任何情况下，都首先是“想同学们之所想，急同学们之所急”。

班长作为一个班组的核心人物，应该具有统御全局的能力，我相信自己是够条件的。首先，我曾经担任过多种班委，对各个班委的重点难点有一定的认识。凭借这一优势，我可以做到将班委的积极性都调动起来，使每个班委成员扬长避短，互促互补，形成拳头优势。并且因为本人平时与大家相处融洽，人际关系较好，这样在客观上就减少了工作的阻力。

我要做一个最民主的班长，多方面听取意见。如果同学们对我不信任，随时可以提出“不信任案”，我也不会死赖不走。我决不信奉“无过就是功”的信条，恰恰相反，我认为一个班长“无功就是过”。

同学们，请信任我，投我一票，给我一次锻炼的机会吧!我会经得住考验的，相信在我们的共同努力下，充分发挥每个人的聪明才智，我们的班务工作一定能搞得十分出色!

上星期我带的本科班电气0513班，班委改选，班长，副班长，团支书三个职位竞争最激烈。这次改选工作是完全由学生自己组织的，那天的场面很让人感动，也着实令我惊喜了一番。感动为何，被学生们认真的态度所感动，惊喜何来，我第一次发现并意识到，我们班的学生完全不是我从前所认为的那样，只会学习，其他的事情都不活跃。

我做了一个决定，这学期，放手让他们自己来，“一个集体，自治永远比他人督管，效果好”。寝室卧谈曾经聊过，大一的往事。大一，四年前，跟我如今带的学生相比，我们四位花儿的热情和冲劲是有过之而无不及的。

梅花说 ，当年她竞选时，下面有人说话，她竟然憋足了一肚子的火说道：“××同学，在我说话的时候，请你不要说话，这样很不尊重我”。当时下面“唰”的一下，鸦雀无声。梅花最后胜出了，在班上的威信也由此建立起来。

大一时的我，更是初生牛犊不怕虎，胆子大的我现在都不敢相信，花花们说：那是的我语速很块，在讲台上滔滔不绝，看起来超自信，超有魄力(现在发现，我性格里懒惰散漫的成分占多数)，说就说吧，最后还冒出一句惊倒四座的话：“不管你们最终选择了谁，我是否成功，我都不会放弃努力，请相信我，你们永远都是我的最爱!”晕～～～现在倒给钱，我也不敢在大庭广众之中说出这样没内涵的话，所幸的是，我最终拿了全场最高票数，可能这句话的威力真的很不一般吧。

鲁莽归鲁莽，我至今仍然很佩服自己当年的激情与活力，事先毫无准备，上台就把台下的人给侃晕，乖乖的选我，说话真是一门微妙的艺术。

鸟儿飞过，天空留下痕迹，直上云霄，我—-曾经努力，就不会后悔。 说完最后一句话，讲台下面，掌声“歘歘”响起，那是我进大学得到的第一次认可。
