but in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position in the society and to earn more money for their work. they have few time to share with their friends. with the time goes by, they will be far away from each other.

i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

首先，我想谈一谈大家比较关心的期中考试的成绩问题。从这张试卷上也可以看出很多的问题：孩子的基础知识掌握的还不够扎实;有些孩子听课习惯不够好，导致课堂上的很多知识点有所落漏;部分孩子的分析、判断能力还有待进一步加强，等等。从成绩来分析，这次考试考得很不理想，主要原因有几个方面：学生对四会单词和句子记忆不牢固或根本不去记。回家不及时地复习巩固。二、班上的双差生比较多，严重拉低了班上的成绩;三、本学期没有进行单元测试，训练的题型较少，后半个学期我们准备加强训练。

1、课堂表现

课堂教学很重要。只有课堂上注意力集中，认真听老师讲课，课下才能很轻松地完成作业。很多在家不能独立完成作业的学生最主要的原因就是上课无法做到认真听讲。为此我刚接手这个班就狠抓课堂纪律。采取各种方式来提高孩子的听课率。如：上课时结合教学内容进行游戏活动，调动学生的学习积极性作，可是，仍有个别学生无法集中注意力听讲。课堂上每节课认真听讲的同学有：梁景梵、蒋淑童、梁枝婷、罗?彦、伍胡静云、梁雨婷、邓凯文、于继跃、易志轩、易爱华、谢雨妤、陶心宇、陶思宇、蒋桂玲、汤文萱、龙俊海、龙亚洲、徐志杰。梁继亮。上课喜欢开小差或讲话的有:邹昂、唐懿、董星照、吴行彬、李超、李业敬、汤光耀、李思思、秦子婷、伍秋璇、黄莉、林文博、黎文彪、张宇超、莫欧杰、曾春荣、胡蝶。

2、作业方面

开学以来，班上家庭作业的完成情况不是很乐观。我希望各位家长不要停留在问的阶段，而是把孩子的作业检查落实到作业本上。他们不是一年级的小学生了，有一定的学习自理能力，不需要你全程陪护了，但孩子爱玩的天性告诉我们，他们的学习仍离不开家长最后的检查把关。特别是数学作业每天都需要练习，才能把学习过的知识记牢。据调查，有些学生从读一年级开始读书，到目前为止，还没有认真的看过书，每次的家庭作业到学校后，才急忙抄别人的，有的为了应付检查写一半就交，有的甚至交空本子，这样的习惯不是个别人，每班都有十几个左右，这样的学习态度，怎么能把学习搞好?哪像一个好学生。一个身体健康的学生，如果从小就没有好的习惯，喜欢偷懒，贪玩，撒谎，长大后也没有出息。难道我们的家长喜欢这样的孩子吗?作业是每位做学生必须已完成的任务，是不可忽视的，学生在家全靠家长的督促。所以你简单地问一句：作业写好啦吗?总之，无论如何都应让他按时完成家庭作业。因此，我希望各位家长对孩子的家庭作业给予足够的重视，特别是老师布置的作业，一定要孩子按时完成。

所以，我恳请各位家长，一定不要让你的孩子因为态度的不端正而带来将来的遗憾，端正他们的学习态度，就从认真完成每一天的家庭作业开始吧!

3、对家长的几点希望

(1)培养孩子良好的日常行为习惯

俗话说：“习惯成自然”，每个人的成功与失败无不渗透着习惯的影子!良好的习惯让孩子终身受益，不良的习惯不知不觉中害孩子一辈子!所以少年儿童的教育实质上是良好行为习惯的养成教育!我们不能只关注孩子的学习，更重要的是要重视孩子思想 品德的教育和行为习惯的养成教育。培养孩子良好的日常行为习惯，四年级是个很好的时机，也是很重要的一个教育阶段。

在家里，家长要培养孩子良好的自我服务意识。整理自己的书包、上学放学要自己背书包，培养劳动习惯，消除孩子的依赖性。结合学校教育内容让孩子在家也接受到相同的教育，比如：按时上学、遵守纪律、与同学和睦相处、乐于助人、文明有礼、诚实守信、认真学习、上课专心、独立思考、按时完成作业、孝敬父母尊敬长辈，节约用水、用电，随手关水关灯，爱惜学习用品，讲卫生不乱扔果皮纸屑等等，只有家校教育能同步、能默契，孩子的行为习惯才能养成。另外习惯还包括认真、及时做作业、作业完成后能认真检查、遇到问题爱动脑筋、写字姿势端正、不睡懒觉、自己的事情自己做等等。千万不能纵容孩子的缺点，有缺点，犯了错误要帮助孩子及时改正。

(2)重视家校沟通

可能大家潜意识里都认为只要叫家长肯定没好事，真不想去。您想过没有，让你来肯定是出现了老师解决不了的问题，让你来是协商解决问题的方法的。发现问题不及时与老师沟通，只能使问题越来越严重。老师有问题会找家长，家长有问题也可以找老师。尤其是孩子思想上的问题，有时家长说的话孩子不听，孩子一般比较听老师的话，所以可以跟老师说说，让老师跟孩子说，效果还是比较好的。作为家长不要怕麻烦老师，教育孩子是我们大家的职责。但是，有些孩子比较调皮，对老师的话表面是很听的，而背着老师想干什么就干什么，所以，需要我们经常联系，多交流孩子的情况，双方相互配合，让小问题消灭于萌芽状态，不要等问题严重了再来找老师。

(3)严把家庭作业关

学校交给我，家里交给你。我们分工合作，各司其责。孩子回到家里，要规定孩子放学后必须做完作业，必须检查书面作业、预习作业也不容草率。家庭作业是课堂教学的延伸，是巩固和提高当天学过的知识。孩子完成作业情况好坏跟家长地督促有很大关系。对不爱学习，或学习不自觉或学习习惯不好的孩子，家长要让孩子用个专门记作业的本，记好当天应做的各项作业，有怀疑的及时电话与老师联系，不给孩子不做或漏做作业的机会。培养孩子按时完成作业的习惯。每天不但要过问孩子完成作用情况，有条件的可以检查指导。不要让孩子的作业再回流到学校，因为第二天老师又要教新的知识，你前一天的知识没巩固就会影响新知识的学习。另外为孩子创设祥和安宁的学习环境，鼓励孩子静心学习。当孩子做作业时，不要在他身边大声讲话、争论、看电视等。只要孩子能听到电视的声音，是无法认真思考的，如果他在抄写，他能记住这几个字吗?

当今，我很荣幸地在那里，作为你们宝宝的英语老师，和你们共同研究一下“怎么帮助宝宝学好英语”，由于level有限，在所有人学生家长面前班门弄斧，不当之处，敬请批评指正。

首先介绍一下教材，是跟咱们三、四年级英语教材相衔接的，也是和咱们的初中英语相配套的，如果你以前的英语没有学好，那相对来说，你如今学得较量累;同样地，如果你如今不学好英语，那将来的研究技巧也是不难想象的。应该如今小学英语，如果有心的学生家长仔细看的话，会显示小学英语的单词量与语法是无法想象的。所以咱们只有如今打好良好的基础功，才不会导致英语越学越难在、越学越差。

这一班学生在英语方面是我刚刚接手的，每个学生研究情况我还在不断的了解之中，其实在座的学生家长对自己子女的情况比我更加清楚。学生们都是在三年级时同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的研究，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一部分好的学生研究兴趣浓，研究劲头足，授课上积极思维，努力发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。她们的研究习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为她们感到欣慰。可也有一部分学生，平时研究马虎，基础功不扎实，功亏一篑，导致她们如今课上听讲出现困难，用她们自己的话说：“李老师上课，我听不懂。”听不懂，还不努力，书面功课拖拉不交，口头功课根本不完成，如此一来，研究自然成了件头痛事，打扰事。其实，大部份的学生还得处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的功课能够基础完成，但研究的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。

尽管她们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，咱们总希望她们能够再上一个台阶。 怎么帮助宝宝学好英语呢?咱们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，咱们只是真诚地呼吁咱们的学生家长配合清华，配合老师，靠咱们共同的努力来帮助宝宝学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：咱们要和宝宝共同成熟。

重视良好的研究习惯的培养

(1)让宝宝多听录音 在儿童青少年英语教授中，首先是加强听说培训锻炼和说话培训锻炼，然后才是读写胜任的培养。听说胜任差，用英语进行交际的胜任差，为此，学生家长一定要配合清华来要求宝宝，要创造要求让宝宝多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。按照眼前利益来看，咱们的升学考试也一年比一年注重听说、泛读等需要全面胜任的部份。比如前年的听说占35分，去年就已经占40分了。

(2)让宝宝大声说英语 学生家长要每一天留出15分钟左右具体时间让宝宝读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。咱们要鼓励宝宝大声地大声读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，那样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。

(3)让宝宝熟练默写课文和外字词词默写是一项基础功，能够积累一部分实用英语，到用的时等候就能够脱口而出。但是在默写过程中要讲究技巧，不可操之过急，要说明分散和集中相结合。咱们一般是分段教课文，那就能够请学生分段背课文。等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，那样能够降低一点强度，让学生背得容易些。但是在检查过程中，咱们显示有一些学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意义时，他却一问三不知。所以，咱们在默写过程中要说明上下文的理解，在理解的基础功上达到默写的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和固定句式，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。

在默写外字词词、词组、课文的时候，有些会诱导爸妈：老师要求报英语，那学生家长就较量为难，一方面，自己根本不会读英语;另一方面，也只能帮助他窥视了。
