这一周即将过去了，所有的疑问都迎刃而解了。迎接我的是一个已经有7年教龄的黄雯君老师，一个也是有8年教龄的毛淑琳老师，还有一个也是七年教龄的程老师和中班的24个可爱的小宝贝们。程妃老师是园区负责人，一个星期带2个半天的班，黄老师是教务主任，一个星期带3个半天的班，黄老师就负责带5个半天的班。黄雯君老师是一个积极向上的人，很关注自己的专业成长，黄老师这学期正想研究结构游戏，恰巧我的毕业论文也是结构游戏，所以我们就相遇了。黄老师比较注重与幼儿之间的对话，她一直在琢磨这个问题，并且也在着手收集相关的材料，使自己做得更好。我觉得我真的很庆幸能够遇到工作这么多年，对幼儿教育还保持高度敏感性的成长型教师，同时黄老师提出的这个点也引起了我的思考，至少我跟幼儿对话的时候，我会在意识层面时刻考虑自己的说出去的话会对幼儿产生的影响。在第一天里，黄老师就给我布置任务了，让我规划好这三个月实习要完成的实习计划，并就计划可行性进行探讨，这个实习就不会盲目，同时她也能在了解计划的基础上，更加积极的配合我，我打心里感谢她!我们还就跟我论文息息相关的问题—幼儿从小班过渡到中班，进行主题建构游戏时，教师指导方面应该做些什么，我们两个人一起找资料，然后第二天再一起进行了讨论，并得到了一个比较满意的答案。与黄老师的交流，让我有一种相见恨晚的感觉，更加是有一种知己的感觉。毛淑琳老师是一个特别严谨细心的人，她的职业幸福感很强，她觉得其实当一个幼儿园老师挺幸福的，如果自己做家庭主妇会感到更加的无聊，并且你跟孩子亲，孩子也会跟你亲的。我觉得能遇到工作了8年，能保持职业幸福感也是一件了不起的事。毛老师更加注重幼儿行为习惯的培养，在带班方面，有自己常年摸索的一套方法，毛老师说她从小班就开始一直在致力于幼儿的良好习惯培养，她觉得上幼儿园更好的是让幼儿能够形成良好的习惯。作为一个实习老师，幼儿可能会觉得我呆不长时间又走了，他们在某种程度欺负实习老师。在我到班上的第一天对我的态度，毛老师就将我隆重的介绍给幼儿，并且在各个方面都帮助我树立威信。在第一天中，我认识了最快吃完饭的十名幼儿，幼儿觉得能让新老师认识是一件非常自豪的事，其他幼儿也会偷偷的把他们的名字告诉我，第二天我就认识了所有幼儿的名字。程老师是我们学校06年毕业的本科生，她是幼儿园已经是园区负责人，程老师也比较忙，在班级的时间也比较少，但是程老师在集体教学是一把手，有很多值得我学习的地方。

第一个星期过去了，我在班级也慢慢的适应了，老师在集体教学的时候，我认真听课及时做笔记，在游戏的时候我也在跟幼儿一起做游戏。第一天在离园的时候有2个幼儿跟我说再见，我可开心了，第二天就有7、8个幼儿在离园的时候我说再见，到了第四天基本所有的幼儿就会跟我说再见，这真是一个令人欣喜的一件事情啊!

今天，妈妈不在家。我决心趁此机会帮妈妈分担一些家务，就在家里扫起地来。

我先从家门口扫起，扫到厨房，把每个角落都扫得干干净净，然后我把扫在一块的垃圾铲进垃圾桶，最后把垃圾倒在外面的垃圾箱里。做完这些事之后，我感到有一点腰酸背疼的，我心里想：做家务还挺不容易呢。

我活动了一下手脚，就听到妈妈在门外叫我。我给妈妈打开门，妈妈一进门，看见地面特别干净，露出惊讶的神色。我问妈妈：我扫的地干不干净？妈妈笑着说：你真是个爱劳动的好孩子！我开心地笑了。
