很多人认为主修文学等人文学科，会不利于就业。其实，笔者认为主修文科或理科，对就业前景的影响不是决定性的。大学毕竟只是学习基础知识的地方，实务方面的知识和经验还是要在工作中获得。只有在应聘者经验不足时，招聘者才会着重考查其专业。一旦积累了一定程度的实践经验，受重视的则是资历。
