二、国庆阅兵。国庆阅兵是中国国庆节最大、最隆重的习俗，一般十年一次。历史上影响较大且最具代表意义的是开国大典、建国5周年、10周年、35周年和50周年、60周年的六次大阅兵。

小贴士：1960年9月，中共中央、国务院实行“厉行节约、勤俭建国”的方针，改革国庆典礼制度，实行“五年一小庆、十年一大庆，逢大庆举行阅兵”。

三、放假。从1999年起，国庆节便成为了中国人的“黄金周”假期，除了法定休假时间3天外，还会将前后两个周末一起调休7天。

1.防食物中毒

许多人觉得秋天天气凉爽，食物放几天不会坏，这就埋下了“隐患”。节日期间许多家庭往往做菜较多，经常剩下留做后几天吃，这样一来食物极易发生变质或生成大量的细菌。这些变质食物，如果再吃或消毒不彻底，就会使人中毒。

预防策略：预防食物中毒，首先必须停止食用可疑变质食品，不吃生的或加热不彻底的食品，剩余饭菜食用前要彻底加热，已经变质的食物最好不吃，防止食品生熟交叉污染。

2.防酒精中毒

节日期间，亲朋相聚总要喝酒助兴。可是有的人一沾上酒，就没节制。适量饮酒虽然对健康有利，但是人体内酒精含量超过一定的极限时，会影响身体健康。

人体内酒精含量过多会发生脑中枢神经麻痹，反应就会迟钝，意识就会处于朦胧状态，容易出现“激动”行为;同时使内脏各器官尤其是肝脏的“负担”加剧，极易引发病变，而且对于视神经的损害相当严重，会出现视力模糊与障碍。
