精选行政部工作计划
行政部20xx年的工作重点将紧紧围绕人事、质检和企业文化建设三方面展开:
人事
一、 加大招聘力度,做好人力资源的更新与储备。
本部门将将通过各种途径不间断地开展人员招聘工作。酒店现阶段人员招聘途径主要有每周二、四、五的招聘会和内部员工推荐两种。
二、 做好阶段性的人员结构优化调整。
为达到人力资源的优化配置,进一步降低人力资源成本,本部门将实施阶段性定岗、定编、定员工作。
三、 加大培训力度。
本部门将坚持培训有目的、有计划、有考核、有执行落实的原则展开培训工作;
做好新员工入职前培训工作;
将根据酒店经营的实际状况,制定有针对性的培训计划,分为周培训计划和月培训计划;
实行月末考核,并在实际工作中抽查的方式检验培训效果;
员工考核成绩入档,以此作为评先优秀员工的依据。
四、 不断完善员工的福利待遇并做好后勤保障工作。
坚持每月举办一次有意义的集体活动;
继续策划好员工的生日party;
做好员工宿舍的管理工作;
关心员工的工作和生活,每月举办一次员工座谈会。
质检
一、 始终坚定不移地把卫生质量和服务质量的提升作为质检工作的重心。
严格遵循卫生和服务质量检查标准开展质检工作,并坚持走动式管理;
严格按照工作流程和标准办事,不断让员工在实际工作中提高卫生质量和服务水平。
二、 奖优罚劣。
严格遵循奖罚制度,做到奖罚分明,有理有据,并将奖罚结果月末公示。
企业文化建设
一、 在原有企业文化的基础上不断加以完善。
二、不断丰富企业文化ppt内容,加强培训力度(每周进行两课时的企业文化培训)争取使每一位员工熟知熟记企业文化。
三、 在实际工作中践行企业文化,使企业文化深入人心。
其他方面
一、做好各种文件及员工档案的管理工作;
二、做好办公室物品的管理工作;
三、配合各部门做好日常接待工作。
